Titan Stainless is proud to be one of the premier fabricators in the foodservice industry. We are a National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and Intertek (ETL) listed manufacturer. Titan is owned and operated by partners with over forty years of combined experience in the manufacture of custom stainless-steel products. Delivery

Titan demonstrates uncompromising ethics and appreciation to our customers, employees, vendors, and the environment. Our products are manufactured in our Pageland, South Carolina facility with 120,000 square feet of operational space. The facility is outfitted with the latest in precision machinery resulting in the production of the most superior fabrication on the market. We are committed to offering a superior product at a competitive price all while being produced in a timely fashion. Titan now has become your primary source for prewired custom chef’s counters with our electrical capabilities. These chef’s counters will enable your installations to run smoother because it will consolidate the use of trades using a single point electrical connection and meanwhile ensuring your counters are tested and fully operational before shipment.

3D Design Services

New to our list of capabilities is custom millwork. That’s right, you no longer have to use multiple manufacturers to achieve your project goals. Titan has a full arsenal of CNC precision millwork machinery to produce anything from plastic laminated millwork panels to stain grade hardwood cabinetry. Along with this, we offer complete fabrication and installation of solid surface and quartz countertops. This final asset allows us to complete some of the finest high-end serveries in the country. We ship via standard LTL methods, along with providing dedicated delivery capabilities. We own and operate multiple straight trucks and vans allowing us to decrease logistical time frames and avoid damaged product. It will also save you time and energy at the jobsite excusing your staff from discarding crate material. We also, on specialized projects, offer complete professional installation of our products.

Meet the Owners

Dillon Melton

PRESIDENT
Dillon Melton is a graduate of South Piedmont Community College with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Upon graduation in 2000, he entered the workforce as an entry level accountant with a small fabrication company called Select Stainless. During his tenure at Select he advanced to the position of National Sales Manager where he contributed to substantial sales growth and expanded market share. After a short stint as a foodservice manufacturers representative, he combined with his current partners to found Titan Stainless in February 2013.

Misael Santos

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Misael Santos began working for a stainless fabricator after graduating from high school. He learned to operate all machinery and became a proficient welder. He advanced to become the shop manager over all of production. In February 2013, he joined forces with his current partners to start Titan Stainless.

Grant Ries

VICE PRESIDENT
Grant has spent over two decades working in the foodservice industry, and has served as Titan’s Director of Engineering for many years. Grant’s unique skill set comes from a blend of his past work experiences, such as having spent several years working in restaurant kitchens, and having learned computer-aided drafting in the field of custom home design. Grant was hired by Select Stainless in 2008, where he began to apply this knowledge and experience toward custom foodservice equipment design. It was here that he met Dillon and Misael, and in 2014, joined them at Titan Stainless.

Paul Bachman

Engineering
Paul Bachman joined Titan Stainless in 2018, although he had been working alongside most of the senior employees for over 17 years now. He began working in the manufacturing industry through part-time jobs he held throughout high school, later working in sheet-metal manufacturing during the early 1980s, working almost every job from the back door to front. Paul says that the best things about working for Titan Stainless are the ever-changing challenges that come with the job, allowing him to solve various structural, electrical, and cosmetic issues as a design engineer. When he’s not at work, you can find Paul at the beach soaking up the sun.

Refugio Izoteco

Engineering
Refugio Izoteco joined us in the shop in 2017, where he learned how to operate laser machinery, before transferring to the engineering department, where he then learned programming processes that allow him to draw blueprints and design. Outside of work, Refugio enjoys spending time with family and working out at the gym, which keeps him feeling focused and energized. His favorite part of working at Titan is the supportive environment, leadership who were willing to work with him in times of adversity and offer him opportunities that helped him learn and excel.

Susan Ostendarp

Estimating
Susan Ostendarp joined our estimating department at Titan Stainless in 2023, where she applies project management skills to estimate and oversee expected budgets for various jobs. Outside of work, Susan enjoys fishing, crabbing, swimming and boating.

Zachary Willmore

Engineering
Zachary Willmore joined the engineering department at Titan Stainless in 2022. As someone who has enjoyed drawing and designing his whole life, his hobbies include painting miniatures/modeling, reading, and sketching. Zachary’s favorite part about working at Titan is that he gets to do what he enjoys for a living, which is something he never thought he would have the opportunity to do prior to starting his job.

Ashley Blackmon

Accounting
Ashley Blackmon joined Titan Stainless in 2016, and she currently manages our accounting department. When she’s not in the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, renovating her home, cooking, baking, and watching true crime documentaries. She says her favorite part about her job is helping customers and vendors, and she also loves that Titan is one big work family.

Brian Ramsey

Sales
Brian Ramsey is a sales representative at Titan Stainless who joined us in 2023 after more than 20 years in banking and mortgages. He enjoys golfing, hunting, riding his Harley, and small woodworking projects. Seeking to pursue a different career, Brian says that he feels lucky to have found a company with a family feel like Titan, and his favorite part of his job is interacting with customers, with each new day bringing an opportunity to see something new.

Carl Young

Engineering
Carl Young joined us in 2022 from a previous teaching position at Northeastern Technical College. Since a young age, Carl has had much interest in robotics, electronics, and computers, which inspired him to pursue a career in technology. He attended Northeastern Technical College where he earned degrees in Industrial Electronics and Engineering Graphics before going to work for a vacuum-form plastics manufacturer while building robots as a hobby. Later, he got involved with 3D printing which led him to be hired by his alma mater, NETC, overseeing a 3D printing workshop and teaching AutoCAD, 3D modeling. In his free time, Carl enjoys gaming, building and maintaining computers.

Carrie Bradley

Shipping
Carrie Bradley has been with Titan Stainless since 2017, where she works in the shipping department. She enjoys anything outdoors, like hunting, fishing, and farming watermelons and cantaloupes for her family-owned business, along with spending time with her two children.

Derek Barnes

Engineering
Derek Barnes has been designing food service equipment since 2013, which led him to later join our engineering department here at Titan Stainless in 2018. Ever since he was a child copying Garfield comics from the Sunday paper into Microsoft Paint, Derek has been interested in design. He was introduced to AutoCAD through his classes at school, and later ended up doing it for a living, which he says is his dream job. Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, as well as playing guitar.

Ernesto Santiago

Engineering
Ernesto Santiago is a layout designer here at Titan Stainless, with previous experience bending in the manufacturing area. Prior to coming to Titan in 2017, Ernesto was a commercial kitchen installer where he traveled across the United States and Puerto Rico installing equipment at schools, hotels, stadiums, and more. His hobbies include going to the gym and spending time with his children, taking them to the park and other activities.

Jason Williams

Sales
Jason Williams joined the sales department at Titan Stainless in 2022 after years of working in sales at varied industries. He enjoys golfing, playing cornhole, spending time with his son, and relaxing with friends. Jason says that although his first time in the kitchen equipment industry, he really enjoys it–especially building relationships with customers at Titan.

John Russell

Engineering
John Russell has been involved in this industry since his early days of welding, which he learned from his father’s laundry business. He started fabricating and welding stainless steel on dye machines and other equipment, before later taking a position at a Universal Stainless. It was there that he realized he could do more than welding, taking on the role as “layout man” and improving his skills by running press brakes, press punches, rotary tubing benders, and other metal fabrication equipment. He later joined Titan in 2018. John enjoys drumming, kayaking, fishing, as well as other outdoor activities. His favorite part about working at Titan Stainless is that it’s always something new that presents a challenge around every corner.

Jose Sanabia-Léon

Engineering
Jose Leon joined Titan Stainless in 2018 after he graduated high school. Working in new construction plumbing at the time, Jose came to Titan in search of career building and personal development. He says the best part of his job is that he gets to design something new every day, whether it’s in the layout or the submittal phase. In his free time, Jose enjoys being active, doing things like playing soccer and running, along with spending time with his girlfriend and watching movies. His favorite movies are Donnie Darko (2001), The Place Beyond the Pines (2012), and Equilibrium (2002).

Lindsey Presson

Engineering
Lindsey Presson joined us in 2024 as a CNC operator here at Titan Stainless. She is responsible for setting up and operating metal-cutting machinery in our manufacturing department. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking/baking, spending time with friends and family, as well as watching her brothers race. Other hobbies include listening to 90s country music and going to concerts, also hanging out with her boyfriend and caring for their three dogs.

Martin Palazeti

Sales
Martin (“Marty”) Palazeti joined Titan Stainless in 2024 as the Director of Retail Sales, in which he is responsible for expanding stainless steel fabrication sales in the new division–focusing on convenience stores, supermarkets, and other retail avenues. His previous roles in various manufacturing companies like Duke, Delfield, and Elkay eventually led him to pursue commercial kitchen sales. Outside of work, Marty enjoys boating, football, and other sports.

Olivia Melton

Sales
Olivia Melton began working part time with Titan Stainless in 2021 after finishing high school. Following the completion of her degree in Finance at Wingate University in 2024, she joined us full time in the sales department. Olivia says that her favorite part about working at Titan is the family environment, also getting to know the customers and reps. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend, as well as spending time outdoors and at the lake. Outside of work, she also enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, gym/crossfit, and spoiling her dog.

Brian Blackmon

Engineering
Brian Blackmon is part of the engineering department at Titan Stainless and has been working with us since 2021. His hobbies include spending time with family, enjoying a meal with friends, and learning about anything technology related. Brian says that his 20 year background in manufacturing has helped him learn the processes he uses on a day-to-day basis, and his favorite part of working at Titan is that everyone treats each other as friends and family.

John Talbert

Engineering
John Talbert joined Titan Stainless in 2021 following his graduation from high school. Since starting his job, John says he has enjoyed learning about the processes of production and seeing the many moving parts of the foodservice industry. His favorite part is the design process, stating that there is no better feeling than seeing something he helped design sitting in the warehouse ready to be shipped to a customer. Outside of work, John enjoys dabbling in graphic design, cooking, going for walks, and being involved with his church.
