LIMITED WARRANTY
Titan Stainless warrants goods supplied by us. They will be free from defects in
material and workmanship when leaving the factory. The exclusive limited
warranty is for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase. Titan will
replace any defective component or complete unit at the sole discretion of Titan,
upon inspection to its satisfaction that breach of warranty existed. The limited
warranty applies to the equipment only and it does not include labor or service of
any kind, including labor or service related to plumbing installation or removal.
Equipment or components that are defective in material or workmanship, Titan
may replace or repair equipment at the location of its installation or require the
purchaser to return equipment to Titan at purchaser’s expense. All parts, whether
covered by warranty, purchased for replacement or repaired will be shipped FOB
factory. All credits mush be authorized by customer service in writing.
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Titan Stainless.
